Jan Eisner, RN (1962-2017) was a long-time volunteer at MobileMed, both as a volunteer nurse provider and in non-clinical settings, including as MobileMed’s volunteer coordinator. In 2003 she received MobileMed’s Meyersburg Award in recognition of her years of service and dedication, and in 2011 she received MobileMed’s Pinnacle Award for Volunteer Service. She is fondly remembered for her dynamic, optimistic energy and her devotion to service and the community. On behalf of the thousands of patients who have benefited from her dedication, we honor her life.
