Executive Director
Charlotte Jenkins
As a results-driven executive with extensive experience in strategy, Profit/Loss financials, general management, Human Resources, process re-engineering, information technology, business development, startups, and turnarounds, I have successfully expanded growth and profitability for multiple organizations. This includes propelling service revenue, turning losses into profits, and strategically positioning companies for future success.

MobileMed’s mission, the people it serves, the staff and
volunteers who do the work, and its future success.
Understanding the rapidly changing healthcare environments
impact is important for an organization’s success including
building external connections, collaborations, and generating,
ideas and involvement that is crucial for guiding an organization’s future success.
I also focus on understanding and defining clear roles and responsibilities, training,
coaching/mentoring, recruiting, and retaining key employees as priorities to support an organization’s mission,
culture, and people as the foundation for success.
My strengths as an Interim Executive include leadership and mentorship, creating strategies for significant
financial growth, and implementing systems for improved efficiency. Effective communication and consensusbuilding have led to successful turnarounds and new market opportunities. A background in education and
leadership workshops underscores my commitment to coaching, involving staff in business strategy execution,
and building decision support systems. This expertise is supported by past experiences, an MBA from
Pepperdine University, a BBA from Middle Tennessee State University, and multiple coaching certifications.
Director of Finance and Administration
Yuhanis Saleh
Yuhanis Saleh, MobileMed’s Director of Finance and Administration, has an extensive finance and accounting background. Prior to MobileMed, he worked for seven years in controller and manager roles, most recently as a controller in a consulting company. Mr. Saleh has a BA in Accounting and Finance from Liverpool John Moores University and avidly supports Liverpool Football Club.
Medical Director
Dr. Conrad May
Dr. Conrad May grew up in New York City and is a graduate of SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine. After completing an internal medicine residency at Boston City Hospital, Dr. May became a medical staff fellow at the National Institute on Aging of the NIH in Bethesda, Maryland. During his fellowship at the NIH, Dr. May volunteered as a primary care physician for MobileMed.
For 29 years, Dr. May was an attending physician at the Baltimore VA Medical Center and a faculty member of the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
At the BVAMC/UMSOM, he led a geriatric outpatient clinic and a subacute rehabilitation unit, supervised medical students, residents and fellows on the inpatient general medical service and directed the University of Maryland Geriatric Fellowship Program. While patient care is his first love, the teaching of the principles and practice of medicine is a close second.
Dr. May returned to volunteering at MobileMed five years ago. Apart from medicine, Dr. May enjoys playing with his grandchildren, hiking, canoeing, taking photographs and writing.
Director of Clinical Operations
Alexandra Del Castillo
Alexandra Del Castillo was recently promoted to the newly created position of Director of Clinical Operations, after 12 years as Assistant Clinical Director for Operations. She joined MobileMed in 2008 and served as its first Specialty Care Coordinator, where she got to design and implement MobileMed’s specialty care referral process to outside community organizations, a few years later, due to her performance and work ethic, Alexandra was promoted to Assistant Clinical Director.
Director of Development and Outreach
Karen Meacham
Karen Meacham joined Mobile Med as Director of Development and Outreach in March 2024. She has a strong belief in public service and the mission of Mobile Med to provide quality health care for all. She spent almost 5 years at Mobile Med previously as a Case Manager with the behavioral health team. Earlier in her career, Karen worked in public health at the international policy level with Georgetown University and the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and in public policy with the District of Columbia. Karen served in the US Peace Corps in Senegal and received her MPA from Columbia University.
Mr. Lowet has extensive experience in healthcare partnerships, strategic and operational consulting, and quality improvement. He previously worked at the National Council on Aging, where he was Vice President of Strategy and Organizational Transformation. Prior to NCOA, Mr. Lowet served as the Director of Business Development at the NYU Langone Medical Center, where he managed the assessment, planning and implementation of new strategic initiatives. He has also worked as the Corporate Director of Business and System Development at MedStar Health and as Associate Hospital Administrator for Clinical Resource Management at Georgetown University Hospital. Mr. Lowet has a Master’s degree in Public and Private Management from the Yale School of Management.
