What to do if you have COVID-19 symptoms

At this time MobileMed does not have COVID-19 testing on site. If you believe that you have the coronavirus, please call the office (301-493-2400). Our staff will evaluate whether you need to be tested by phone. If there is a need for testing, we will write you a referral for a test at one of Montgomery County’s testing facilities.

If you are alerted that you were in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, or if you have mild symptoms, you should self-quarantine. Do not leave your home unless absolutely necessary. If you contracted the virus, this reduces the likelihood that you will give it to others.

How to protect yourself and others

-Practice social distancing. Limit your contact with people who do not live with you. In particular, avoid large gatherings. This reduces the likelihood that you will contract the virus.

-Wash your hands thoroughly. Always wash your hands after using the restroom, before preparing or eating food, and before touching your face.
