The Director of Development and Outreach works with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors to secure financial resources, coordinate community relations, and develop volunteer resources to support the operational and capital needs of MobileMed. The Director of Development and Outreach serves as a member of the Executive Management Team.
The Director of Development and Outreach creates and executes outreach and fundraising strategies in support of the annual operating budget, including:
- securing grants from foundations and government entities
- securing individual and corporate support through direct mail, online appeals, relationship building and annual fundraising event
- building brand awareness and supporter engagement through social media
- managing community outreach activities as well as other patient engagement and marketing initiatives.

With guidance from Director of Development, the Development Associate plays a key role executing MobileMed’s fundraising, print and digital marketing, and communications (including social media) activities; manages donor database; and provides administrative support to specific outreach and patient engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Donor Data Management (Bloomerang)
a. Enter donations, interactions, notes, and other data points; ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
b. Produce acknowledgement letters for monetary and in-kind donations
c. Identify and execute improvements to MobileMed’s data collection strategy, data management, and data analysis.
d. Report on donations, constituents, etc. for analyses of solicitations and other initiatives.
e. Perform reconciliation with Finance to ensure that donations match in Development and Finance systems.
2. Individual and Organizational/Corporate Giving
a. Solicit and coordinate in-kind donations, building relationships with donors
b. Assist with the design, creation, and marketing of direct mail and virtual campaigns; produce mailing lists and campaign materials
c. Produce and maintain virtual donation portals
d. Assist in preparation and production of the Annual Report
3. Events
a. Assist with organizing annual fundraising and other special events
b. Participate in fundraising activities, including meetings, community events, and outreach events
4. Grants
a. Assist in researching foundation prospects
b. Assist in drafting Letters of Inquiry, grant applications, and grant reports, including data analysis
5. Digital Marketing and Internet Presence
a. Social Media and Email
i. Manage accounts, producing new content as instructed (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube)
ii. Design and execute virtual marketing:
· Help create social media campaigns (Canva, SocialPilot)
· Help design and manage email blasts and custom audiences (Mailchimp)
b. MobileMed Website (WordPress): Update and maintain existing content and draft copy, design, revise and take live new pages
c. Extended Web Presence: Manage the Google Business account for MobileMed locations and revise the organization’s public profiles as necessary (Guidestar, Great NonProfits, etc.)
6. Supervise Volunteers/Interns: Supervise volunteers, interns, and Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) participants assigned to Development Office
7. Respond or escalate inquiries to the Development Office via phone or email
8. Develop and maintain procedures and protocols manual for institutional continuity
9. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Position requires self-motivated individual with the following experience and qualities:
1. Work experience in development, communications, and/or marketing preferred
2. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
3. Database experience; experience with Bloomerang or other donor platform a plus
4. Social media and website design and management experience; experience with Wordpress, Canva, SocialPilot a plus
5. Intermediate or higher level in Excel and Word
6. Proficient writing and editing skills
7. Proficient graphic design skills with a design/publishing software
8. Ability to interact well with staff and other individuals in a culturally diverse environment

We are currently seeking a PART TIME Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to work telehealth or at an on-site clinic in Germantown, Rockville, or Silver Spring. The job requires one clinical shift per week in a primary care community clinic setting with some availability for consult on an as needed basis. Total commitment of 4 hours per week. Evening hours available.
The Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is integral in the treatment and care of our patients and provides diagnostic assessments and psychiatric medication monitoring to adults with disorders such as anxiety, depression and PTSD. Patients requiring a higher level of care are typically referred outside the clinic. The Psychiatrist or PNP also plays a consultation role to Mobile Med’s medical providers and Integrated Behavioral Health therapists.
Job Responsibilities:
· Experienced, knowledgeable psych pharmacologist for the treatment of adults with mental health diagnoses
· Comfort with typing and the use of medical electronic records system for prompt documentation
· Skilled in problem solving, crisis intervention and communication in a approach
Qualifications:
· Two or more years of training and direct service experience with diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment preferred.
· Maryland Board of Physicians Licensure or Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of Maryland
· Federal DEA/Maryland CDS certification
· Appropriate board certification

The Assistant Clinical Director of Behavioral Health works with the Clinical and Medical Directors to provide behavioral health services to MobileMed patients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma and other mental health concerns that do not require ongoing psychiatric care. The Assistant Clinical Director leads the behavioral health team, comprised of additional therapists, a patient care coordinator, and a case manager. In addition to managing the behavioral health staff, this person acts as a liaison with the medical team, supporting the provision of integrated behavioral health and medical services. This role includes providing short and long-term therapy to MobileMed patients within the scope of their training and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with the Clinical and Medical Directors, provide overall program management for integrated behavioral health services.
- Supervise members of the behavioral health team, including providing clinical supervision to master’s level therapists.
- Provide clinical services appropriate to a primary care setting including individual and group therapy, wellness education, brief interventions, and referrals to outside resources that provide higher level or specialized care.
- Collaborate with PCPs, the BH patient care monitor, and consulting psychiatrist to ensure coordination of care and achievement of good clinical outcomes.
- Provide support to integrated behavioral health volunteers and students.
- Ensure proper case documentation in electronic health record system.
- Serve as a resource for BH and medical team in crisis situations and seek consultation with colleagues, the Clinical Director, and outside specialists when appropriate.
- Program development including updating policies and procedures, reviewing programmatic quality measures, and collaborating with the development team on grant proposals and reporting.
Qualifications:
The position requires a Masters- or Doctoral-level degree, licensure as a mental health therapist in the State of Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT) and a proven ability to meet goals and objectives with minimal supervision. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.

This is an exciting and challenging position in one of the oldest and most respected safety net health clinics in Maryland. This position is for the individual who is interested in providing quality customer service to our patient population who come from over 100 countries.
Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of services that contribute to the overall productivity and quality of care provided by MobileMed clinics, while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and policies. This position requires the ability to manage clinic flow, supervision of staff, and management of patients' chronic health care.
Duties:
- Clinical Oversight: Must possess high-level assessment skills needed to determine patient’s well-being and status.
- Case Management: Ensures timely and accurate ancillary and specialty referrals.
- Supervision: Supervises front desk and support staff in day-to-day operations, which includes discharge planning, medication distribution, appointment set-up, application processing, co-pay collection, depositing money, and patient education.
- Operations: Ensures effective patient flow in the clinic, appropriate follow-up on provider documentation and inventory management of supplies/medications.
Qualifications:
- Registered nurse in the State of Maryland (license required). BSN preferred.

Hours will include two evening clinics each week from 5 - 9 pm.

Duties:
1. Assist in the weekly clinic preparation and coordination of the MobileMed Endocrine Clinic, a partnership between MobileMed, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Suburban Hospital.
2. Conduct initial assessment of patients, including checking vital signs, height, weight, and chief complaint. Conduct other components of nursing assessment under the direction of the RN Nurse Manager.
3. Maintain, manage and keep confidential the electronic medical record for assigned clinic sessions.
4. Conduct intake and registration of new and returning patients. Including all point of care testing and screening.
5. In coordination with other team members, enter patient visit data into the electronic medical record.
6. Make patient appointments, using the electronic appointment calendar.
7. In collaboration with the RN Nurse Manager, participate in case management and navigation activities.
8. Participate in Quality Improvement activities as assigned.
9. Complete EKG’s and nebulization treatments as ordered.
10. Complete ear irrigation under the direction of the RN Nurse Manager.
11. Assist in pelvic exams and office procedures as assigned.
12. Provide interpretation as requested.

Qualifications:
1. Clinical Facilitator: bachelor's degree. Medical Assistant: formal preparation and certification as a Medical Assistant..
